    It will be our pleasure. Should you wish to listen in, direct, or record the session remotely; we'll provide you with the connection details via email, allowing you and your team to participate from anywhere in the world. We offer a range of connectivity options including Source Connect, ipDTL and Zoom to ensure seamless collaboration.

We'll record a small sample at no cost, providing you with a glimpse of your project's potential. For those seeking a variety of voices, we're also equipped to organize a casting call with multiple voice over talents. Their auditions will be made available on our platform within 24 hours, allowing you to select the voice that best suits your project's needs. This ensures you have access to a diverse talent pool, helping you find the perfect match swiftly and efficiently.

    Yes, we're fully equipped to add music and sound effects to your audio. As a Full Audio Post Production Studio, we have access to an extensive range of royalty-free music and sound effects libraries. This service, available at an additional cost, ensures your project is delivered as a polished, high-quality product tailored to your needs.
  • can you handle big, complex, multi-voice projects?
    Our team is equipped with the project and file management skills, along with the necessary equipment and resources, to efficiently manage projects of any scale, whether large or small in a timely manner. For instance, we have successfully delivered projects with multiple training modules in which we had to match the spanish voice over to existing videos for a large public school district.
  • How can adjustments be made to voiceover work that has already been completed?
    We highly recommend that our clients have their scripts proofread, approved, and finalized before engaging our services for voice-over or translation. We recognize that errors and revisions are a part of any project. If the changes are necessitated by an oversight on our part, or if there are 2 - 3 minor alterations in the script, we will happily make those adjustments at no extra cost. For more extensive revisions, additional fees will be applied based on the nature and extent of the changes required.

  • How will I receive my audio files? In what format?
    We offer delivery through One Drive, Google Drive and DropBox. Formats available include .wav, .mp3, .aiff, or any format you prefer. Our standard is .wav at 48kHz (or higher) sampling for both audio and video applications, and we provide conversions to other formats at no additional cost. Please let us know your preferred format(s) when booking. Our service includes delivering audio files that are cleaned (with breaths and unwanted mouth noises removed), edited, polished, and ready for use, unless you request the raw, unedited recordings. For projects requiring individual file splitting and renaming, such as e-learning and telephony, there is a fee of $1.00 per file for up to 100 files, and $0.50 per file beyond that. If you prefer to keep breath sounds for a more natural effect, we can accommodate that request at no extra charge.
  • What are the payment methods you accept? What payment terms do you offer?
    We accept payments through PayPal, wire transfer, credit card, money order, and personal or business checks. For US clients, we offer NET 30 TERMS, meaning payment is due 30 days after delivery. We provide NET 45 AND NET 60 TERMS for our returning US clients. For international clients, we suggest using PayPal or wire transfer for fast and secure transactions.
